Conclusion
Similar to some of the other Townships we’ve discussed, Lawrence Township is very hit or miss.
You have areas within it such as Geist which contains beautiful, water-front mansions, and then there’s the Far Eastside which still has a long way to come.
Overall, Lawrence Township is probably a “C” class area. Appreciation has been fairly stagnant so you’ll want to purchase properties here with more of a cash flow strategy in mind.
