Have a furry friend?

T&H Realty Services is a pet-friendly company and we realize that most households have some type of animal.

Some of our Owners, however, will not allow pets of any type, so please check the property amenities for details.

Pet Fees

Pet Fees: Our general policy is to charge $25 per month per pet.

Additional deposit may be required for applicants who have more than 3 pets.

Please thoroughly look through the restricted breeds list to ensure your pet does not fall into any of the categories listed.
