The Move-In


We take move-ins very seriously. Be assured that we’re working hard to ensure that the move-in goes smoothly and we don’t add to your stress of moving. Below is a brief video with some items to consider about the move-in process:

1. Pre-Move-In Requirements – As you may know, we cannot provide keys to the home without receiving all required funds (Security Deposit, First Month’s Rent, Resident Benefits Package Fee, and Lease Administration Fee) along all required utility confirmation numbers. Once we receive these items, we’ll schedule the move-in.

2. The Move-In – We will provide you a lockbox move-in. Once all move-in requirements are met, we will provide you a lockbox code the day of move-in so you can move at your convenience. It’s critical that you follow all lockbox instructions noted in your Lease Addendum. 

3. Move-In Maintenance – While we attempt to handle all maintenance issues prior to move-in, you may find some small additional items that need attention. We ask that you compile a list of these issues during your first 7 days of residency and submit one Work Order thru your Resident Portal.

4. Resident Portal – As you know, your Resident Portal is the best way to conduct business with our Company. The Portal allows you to pay rent, submit maintenance, change your contact information and have Conversations with our Office Staff. We highly encourage you to use your Resident Portal.
