About 25 miles south of Indianapolis lies the Johnson County city of Franklin, Indiana.
Franklin offers a sparse suburban feel, with a revitalizing Downtown area.

Franklin has been rapidly growing over the years- and is now a weekend hub for the south side.
It is also home to Franklin College, and during the school year is quite busy with student activity.

Franklin is expected to keep growing, as seen by new neighborhoods, condos, and apartment complexes popping up every month. Franklin is also home to Franklin College, a campus with over 2,000 students and staff.
Many homes in downtown Franklin are currently being rented out as multiple apartments for student housing.
