Yes. While our Office is closed to the public, our entire Staff is working remotely. If you have questions for a specific person, but aren’t sure how to reach them, please visit our About Us page to obtain contact information.
If you meet a certain set of criteria and can prove you have been impacted by Covid-19, then per the CDC you cannot be evicted for non-payment of rent. This order is set to expire on March 31st, 2021.
Additional Information
To pay rent online, simply log into your Portal and select Payment Accounts under the My Rentals tab. If you haven’t already, you will need to add a payment account. You will need to select a method of payment. You can pay with a credit card or by using an e-check. Once you have entered your credit card or banking information then you will be able to save the information for future use. You can make a One-time payment or set-up recurring payments. Please note that there is a convenience fee for making one-payments online ($1 using a bank account and $32 using a credit card). However, there will not be a fee for recurring payments.
Yes, you can legally move even with the stay at home order in place.
If you are unable to find a carpet cleaner during your move-out, we can handle that for you. Please keep in mind that the cost of the cleaning will be charged against your Security Deposit.
Yes, at this time, we are not conducting walk-thrus during the renewal process.
If there is an essential need to visit your home, we are trying to follow CDC recommendations for front line workers by using personal protective equipment, personal sanitizing, and practicing social distancing. We strongly encourage that you temporarily vacate the home during our visit. We will do our best to provide appointments. But if you cannot leave during our visit, please at least follow the 6-foot social distancing guidelines.
In the event that you cannot pay your rent due to job loss or other reasons surrounding COVID-19, please click here and fill out the form.
Yes, you can, but we prefer that you pay your rent online via your Tenant Portal.
We are only conducting essential maintenance at this time. While you can still submit non-essential maintenance requests, these requests will be tagged and performed later.
If you find yourself unable to move, for whatever reason, please contact our Office right away. We will need you to sign a simple Lease Extension and, obviously, you will be responsible for rent during the days you occupy the property.
We understand that there is uncertainty out there. If you aren’t sure what you want to do and your Lease is set to expire, you can convert into a month-to-month Lease.
While we respect your health privacy, please notify us if you or anyone in your household has been diagnosed with COVID-19, if you request a visit for maintenance or during a move-out. All information is kept confidential, but we need to take proper precautions for the safety of our employees and contractors.
