Below are the steps T&H Realty requires all vendors to follow when it comes to accepting/rejecting, scheduling, and completing a Work Order
Step One: Accepting or Rejecting the Work Order
You’ll receive an email from our Maintenance Department asking you to accept of reject the work order.
Please select the button within the email that will take you to a form. After selecting the button for the form, you will be able to let T&H Realty know whether you are able to complete the services required for the work order. (see images below for a reference)
Step Two: Schedule the Services for the Work Order
If you reject the work order, it will go back into our system.
If you accept the work order, it will go to the next step in our process, and you will receive an email to schedule the services for the work order.
Please select the button within the email that will take you to a form. After selecting the button to fill out the form, you will be able to provide T&H Realty with the time you will begin and end your services on the property. (see image below for a reference)
Step Three: Complete the Services for the Work Order
After you have scheduled the start and end dates of the service, the work order will move into the next stage of our process. You will receive one final form to complete in an email.
Please select the button within the email that will take you to a form. After selecting the button for the form, you will be able to notify T&H Realty when all services are complete as well as providing any extra details needed for the services that were completed. (see image below for a reference)
