We realize that selling is a natural part of the investment cycle. If your home is vacant when you choose to sell, and you are working with one of our select Realtors, we now offer some additional services to help maintain your home during the sales process.
For a fee of $250, which we’ve called a “Vacancy Coordination Fee” we will:
1) Place utilities in our name and pay utilities from your account while the home is selling.
2) We will also place the home on our mowing or snow removal list.
Most Clients find this to be a very helpful service. However, you are under no obligation at all to sign.
If you do not want to sign the Addendum, simply let us know. Keep in mind that you’ll need to arrange for utilities to go into your name when the Tenant vacates and arrange for lawn service or snow removal.
