For $375 per visit, the following services will be provided twice a year on your investment property, unless otherwise noted. Generally, the first visit will occur during the third month of residency and then every six months thereafter for the term of a lease.
Comparative programs can exceed $1,000 per year, so take advantage of this great deal and protect your asset while doing so.

→Document and quote any required repairs.

The schedule for these visits is as follows: The first visit will occur three months after the lease begins, followed by recurring visits every six months thereafter.
Each visit includes everything listed above, except for items designated as being checked annually. If listed as annual, the item will be completed every other visit.
Each visit costs $375, occurring every six months, for a total annual cost of $750.

Recommended for properties with wood/gas burning fireplaces. Services begin around Sep. 1st.
Annual Estimated Cost $170- $200.
Highly recommended for any property with trees nearby and will be conducted around November 15th of each year.
Annual Estimated Cost: $125- $175
Helps prevent dryer vent fires and extend the life of your dryer and will be conducted annually beginning around June 1st.
Annual Estimated Cost: $ 175- $200
Bi-annual inspection of your HVAC system to ensure efficiency and identify any issues. This helps to mitigate future costly repairs.

Requires initial treatment/inspection to address any existing issues (Separate cost). Protects against over 36 common pests. General pest issues reported while on program are included.
$135- $195 per door billed annually
Install 1 fire extinguisher and 1 carbon monoxide detector on initial visit. Check extinguisher and test CO detector annually. Annual cost will increase if the extinguisher or detector needs to be replaced.
$150 to start; $75 annually
Highly recommended for properties located in moderate to heavily wooded settings and will be conducted around May 15th and November 15th.

Includes start-up, backflow test, and closing the system. Process begins around February 1st and winterization is conducted around October 1st.
