Keith is our Property Manager Technician. His areas of responsibility cover a wide range of tasks that help with client success and asset protection. Some of those responsibilities include performing walk-throughs when it comes to renewal and annual evaluations, assisting the maintenance department by managing work orders and client communication, and handling various Tenant and vacancy issues.
Keith has been in the property management industry for 4 years and joined T&H Realty in July of 2022.
Outside of work, Keith enjoys biking, hiking, auto racing, and anything to do with being outdoors.
