Claudia serves as one of our Property Managers and has been in the Property Management industry for 7 years.
As a Property Manager, Claudia serves as the main point of contact for Owners within her territory. Her responsibilities include handling turnover work for move-ins, conducting walk throughs of homes during evaluations and move-outs, providing reviews and reports of properties, and scheduling/overseeing vendor work during vacancy.
In her spare time, Claudia is passionate about holistic health, traveling, hiking, yoga, and spending time with her puppy, family, and friends.
