Who should I contact with any questions or concerns about my property?

If you need help with anything related to leasing, please contact our leasing manager Kelsay. If you need help with anything related to a vacant property, please contact the property manager assigned to the property’s corresponding neighborhood. If you need help with anything else such as questions about an occupied property, please email owner@threaltyinc.com.

What form of communication should I use to contact a T&H Team member?

How do I access information about my property including statements?

For access to all of your statements and additional information about your properties, please visit the Owner Portal

What does it mean when I get a coming soon/waitlist email?

If you receive an email with the subject line, “Your Home is Listed as “Wait List” on our website”, this means your home is almost ready to go on market, but there are still a few items that need to be completed. T&H Realty can put your home on Wait List, so Tenant Prospects can begin viewing your home and entering their name on a wait list for when the home is available.
