Lease renewals are a Landlord’s best friend.
Even though we don’t provide full-service management for your home, we do offer a valuable renewal service.
How Much is the Renewal Fee?
We charge $250 for the lease renewal.
How Does the Renewal Process Works?
The process is pretty straight forward:
- Our Leasing Manager will provide a new Comparative Market Analysis of the home to ensure you are getting a fair market rent.
- Once a new rent rate is agreed upon, we will send out the new lease for signatures.
Note: Due to access constraints, we do not perform a renewal walk-thru for Leasing-Only Clients.
