What is Included with Pricing?

Leasing Only Renewals

The renewal process for Leasing-Only clients is simple and designed to ensure a fair market rent for your property. We charge a $250 renewal fee, which covers the steps involved in securing a lease renewal.

First, our Leasing Manager will conduct a new Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) of the property to determine an appropriate rent rate based on current market conditions. Once we agree on the updated rent, we’ll draft and send out the new lease for signatures.

Please note that, due to access constraints, we do not conduct a renewal walk-through for Leasing-Only clients.
