Beginning next week, I plan to begin a series of Blogs titled “So, You Want to Be a Landlord?”

The purpose of the Blogs will be to better educate property owners about the various aspects and obligations required to be a Landlord. Yes, there are just a few!

The Blogs will be written with the assumption that Owners will use a 3rd party property management company to lease and manage their home. While 3rd party property management companies will (or should, anyway) remove a significant portion of the headache and heartache involved in being a Landlord, there are still several things for Owners of real estate to consider when leasing a home.

I look forward to exploring those topics over the next several weeks and welcome any feedback you might have.
