Peace of Mind:
Alarm systems are one of the best deterrents to lessen criminal activity at a home. Nothing is absolute, but most deviant people will “pass” on a home with an alarm to seek one that’s without protection. They typically don’t want the risk of being caught. T&H Realty can set up a exterior access protection system and be the point of contact for monitoring. Hopefully to lessen your worries about your home while it’s vacant.
Trusted System:
We have partnered with SimpliSafe, whose alarm systems are highly rated and awarded; it’s the perfect system for your temporary protection needs. The system is wireless and cellular-based, so it installs without any damage or permanent modifications. They have a quick monitoring network that would notify us if an alarm was triggered that would dispatch law enforcement if needed. We control the alarm access code, so no unauthorized access can be given.
Low Cost, No Long-Term Contract:
There’s no equipment to buy or long-term contract for monitoring. We have purchased the equipment, so you don’t have to. We will set up and remove the system for a small service charge. Once installed, we can turn on or off the protection as needed. Generally, we recommend coverage while it’s vacant, which typically is 1-2 months. You would be charged a small monthly rental/monitoring fee on your account. This plan allows you to only pay for what you need. Once a tenant moves in, the exposure is over and the system is removed and turned off.
Cost:
- Set up, activation, and removal: $150 labor charge
- 24/7 Monitoring and equipment rental fee: $60/month
