FAQs
If I have a client that needs your services, what should I do? It's very simple. Just give Jeremy Tallman a call at (317) 442-3010, or call our office at (317) 255-7767. You can also e-mail us at info@threaltyinc.com if that's easier. We just need the client's basic information and we'll handle everything from there.
Do you pay referral fees? Yes, upon the signing of the lease on the referred property, we pay all Realtors a commission equivalent to 10% of the first month's rent or $100, whichever is greater. The real value, however, is that, as a Scheetz agent, you'll get the client back when Management Agreement expires and your client is ready to sell again.
How will I know when the lease is ready to expire so I can contact the Seller? Again, for Scheetz agents, we have an open door policy with regard to lease terms. You can call us at any time to get the status of the active lease so you're in prime position to list the property for sale when the tenant vacates.
If my Seller has questions about the process, where can they get answers? Our website is loaded with information about our fees and services. We encourage your Seller to visit our website to both answer questions about the process and see how their home is marketed. Of course, we welcome phone calls as well.
