Pet Deposit Policy

A critical decision that needs to be made when securing our property management services is whether or not you will allow pets. As a professional property management company, our experience shows that allowing pets definitely opens your property to a larger market. However, there are certain risks that must be considered when allowing pets.

At T&H Realty Services, our general policy regarding pets is that there is no additional charge (rent or security deposit) for one cat. Further, we refuse to rent to tenants who have aggressive dogs, such as Rottweillers, Pitbulls, German Shepherds or Chow Chows. Generally speaking, however, we feel that most pets are fine and that if the tenant is responsible, you will have very little to worry about.
