Need Property Management in the Indianapolis area?

 

We realize the delicate balance that real estate investors must maintain. You obviously need cash flow. You ideally want a nice chunk of equity. And a reasonable amount of liquidity is an absolute must in today's volatile real estate environment. 

 

At T&H Realty Services, we strive to help investors maintain this balance with our professional Property Management. In fact, we will only work with investors that seek to maintain that balance.

 

So, we might not be a solution to your property management needs. Sorry if that sounds strange, but we're only trying to be honest.

 

If you are an out-of-state investor, or someone local trying to scoop up $20,000 houses, we aren't your answer. There are plenty of other property management companies in the Indianapolis area who can help, but not us.

 

However, if you are looking to make solid buys, in solid areas, we CAN help.

 

As professional property managers, we select only a few investors to work with each year. Those investors must pass our screening process to ensure success on both sides of the table. Please understand, we receive dozens of inquiries every month from investors looking to "mull in the muck" So, we have no choice but to screen out the ones who simply do not fit our profile.

 

As a general rule of thumb, if your rent is below $800 per month, we're probably not the right property management company for you. Our average unit rent is well over $1,000, but we realize that getting more than $1,000 in rent for an investment property in central Indiana is sometimes hard to do.
