Why hire a property manager?

1)    You aren't located in Indianapolis. Sounds simple enough, but most of our Owners do not reside in the Indianapolis area. Property Management is difficult enough for most people when they live next door to the home, and managing a property from a different state (or a different country) is extraordinarily difficult.

2)    Lack of knowledge. You can't be the expert of everything. Property management can be a complex, difficult task, filled with its own laws, forms and best practices. 

3)     Lack of time. You work full-time and have kids who zap-up all your weekend time. The last thing you want to do is show your property at 7:30 p.m. on a Wednesday night or 2 p.m. on a Saturday. Then there is making time for rent collection, maintenance, getting the property ready for rent, etc.

4)    Money. Most people think they save money by managing a property themselves. However, consider the fact that we, as your property management company, can oftentimes provide better rates that you can get from most maintenance companies. Plus, we've invested thousands of dollars into our very effective marketing program, so we're confident we can rent your property faster than you can. Time = money.

5)    Quality of life. I can't tell you the number of Owners who have told me, "I wish I had done this 2 years ago." Our job is to make your life easier, so you can spend time doing the things you love to do. Property Management, unless you commit full-time and invest in building your network, can be a very difficult, time-consuming job.
