To fully submit your application, please follow these steps.  Please note that every occupant 18 years of age or older must fully complete an application. 

1) First, select your property from our list of homes. Please ensure that you choose the "List" tab, click on your Property, and click the "Apply Online" button.

2) Fully complete the Application and be sure to pay the application fee via credit card. We will not consider your application unless we receive the application fee. 

3) Next, please download our Consent Form and either e-mail it to apps@threaltyinc.com or fax it to (866) 569-3139.

4) Finally, please submit the most recent copies of all household income via e-mail or fax.
